You have a right to:

  • Information about your condition and its management
  • Partnership in your care
  • Safe and high quality care
  • Access to health care services and treatment that meets your needs
  • Privacy and confidentiality
  • Provide feedback about your experience

You have a responsibility to:

  • Show respect for the people taking care of you and other users of our services
  • Provide, to the best of your ability, information to assist with your treatment such as your medical history, allergies or any other relevant issues
  • Participate in your treatment
  • Support us in providing an environment that is safe, clean and pleasant
  • Respect the privacy of others
  • Tell us when you have questions or concerns about your care
