You will require Multi-Factor Authentication enabled in order to access Monash Health systems remotely. Multi-Factor Authentication is a security measure that requires two or more proofs of identity (something you know and something you have – normally your phone) to grant you access.
MFA helps protect you by adding an additional layer of security, making it harder for cyber criminals to log in as if they were you.
If you do not have Multi-Factor Authentication enabled, please ask your manager to submit a request via Central to enable your remote access.

Outside business hours, urgent issues can be escalated by calling the Contact Centre on (03) 9594 6666 and asking to have the IT Service Desk paged.
