Our team of health promotion practitioners, dietitians, and community development workers supports educators, leaders, and volunteers in championing healthy lifestyle choices and creating positive change at your service, business, group, or club.
We focus on four main health areas: promoting healthy eating, encouraging more movement, supporting a smoke and vape-free lifestyle and improving mental health. These health areas align with the Department of Health Victorian Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2023-2027.
