Online repeat prescription service rolled out across Monash Health

After a successful trial at Monash Children’s Hospital, the Pharmacy team will now be offering their online repeat prescription service to all patients at Monash Health.

The service allows patients to order their repeat prescriptions online at any time, without needing to call our pharmacies during business hours. Patients can choose whether to pick up their prescriptions or have them mailed out to them.

Andrew Chong, Assistant Deputy Directory of Pharmacy at Monash Children’s Hospital, spoke about the successful trial of the online service at Monash Children’s Hospital.

“We’ve had some great feedback from families about how convenient it is to order medications outside of business hours.” To order your repeat prescriptions, you can fill out the online form. You can find more information on the service on the Monash Health website.
