Gender Equality Action Plan and Progress Report

Monash Health’s Gender Equality Action Plan outlines our mission to provide fair opportunities to enable equal outcomes for individuals regardless of their gender identities by 2025.

Under the plan, we will promote and enhance gender equality in the workplace and demonstrate our commitment to our employees of all gender identities to feel safe, respected, included and treated fairly without bias and discrimination.

Gender Equality Audit and Progress Report

In line with the Gender Equality Act 2020, Monash Health has submitted its latest Gender Equality Progress Report and Audit Data to the Commission for Gender Equality in the Public Sector.

This report reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a fair, inclusive workplace. Key highlights include maintaining a balanced gender composition across our workforce, industry-comparable pay equity and an ongoing focus on career development and training opportunities.
