Jill believes the gym should be more than just a workout space. She is committed to creating an environment where members leave each visit feeling invigorated, empowered, and uplifted — experiencing not only physical progress but also a genuine sense of positivity and wellbeing.

Nick Percy
Group Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer
With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Nick is passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities improve their health, strength, and overall wellbeing. His career has spanned a wide range of environments — from mainstream fitness settings to specialised mental health and rehabilitation programs.
Nick has extensive experience delivering structured exercise programs within mental health settings, including adult psychiatric units, perinatal and infant inpatient services, and adolescent psychiatric wards. He understands the powerful role exercise plays in supporting mental wellbeing, recovery, and confidence building.
Alongside his group classes, Nick also works as a personal trainer, helping clients achieve goals such as muscle building, weight loss, improved mobility, and greater confidence in the gym.

Leandro Cabrera
Group Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Leandro is passionate about helping individuals build strength, confidence, and sustainable healthy habits through structured and effective training. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and is an internationally certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), supporting his evidence-based approach to exercise programming.
Leandro’s background includes both group fitness instruction and personal training, with a strong focus on strength and conditioning, functional movement, and body composition training. He enjoys working with members at all stages of their fitness journey — from beginners developing confidence in the gym to those looking to improve performance and overall conditioning.
His coaching philosophy prioritises safe progression, proper technique, and creating a supportive environment where members feel motivated and empowered to achieve long-term health and fitness goals.

Kuannie Lim
Pilates Instructor / Member Services Officer
Kuannie has always been passionate about sport, health, and overall wellbeing. Her interest in movement and body mechanics inspired her to pursue studies in Pilates, focusing on improving core strength, coordination, balance, and functional movement.
Pilates has given her a deep appreciation of how the body moves and functions, and she values its ability to build long, strong muscles while developing strength from the centre of the body outward.
Kuannie completed her Diploma in Clinical Pilates to further support clients with injury prevention and rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping clients improve their physical strength, body awareness, and confidence through Pilates.

Jessica Chretien

Jessica is a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer who is deeply committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and encouraging environment.
She understands that walking into a gym can feel intimidating, and she takes pride in guiding and supporting clients every step of the way. Jessica works closely with her clients to build confidence, create sustainable habits, and help them reach their goals.
Her areas of expertise include building and maintaining overall fitness, supporting healthy weight management, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and preparing clients for sporting competition such as golf, swimming, basketball, triathlons, and marathons.

She has a strong foundation in anatomy and alignment, and her own practice in Yoga, Pilates, and other forms of exercise has cultivated both a resilient mind and a strong, balanced body.
Through her teaching, Pearl has learned to build meaningful connections with her students, treating each class as a journey. She emphasizes safe and effective movement while recognizing that every person’s body is unique and deserves respect, guidance, and support. This philosophy inspires her to continuously expand her knowledge and refine her techniques to help students get the most from their practice.
Pearl is passionate about the transformative benefits of Pilates, especially Reformer workouts, and integrates her expertise in Yoga to enhance her Pilates teaching, creating a holistic and empowering experience for her students.

Galia Naor
Pilates Instructor
Galia has over 19 years of experience in teaching Pilates – certified across all Pilates apparatus, including Reformer and Mat.
She ran her own studio, Mindful Movement Pilates, for four years and have extensive experience in 1:4 clinical Pilates in physiotherapy settings, as well as 1:1 and semi-private sessions. Galia is experienced in finding solutions or modifications in group settings and recognising individual limitations.
Her classes are known for being high-quality, engaging, and challenging, with a strong focus on individual attention and tailored modifications to address specific body needs and injuries.
