Social Workers are available at all Monash Health sites to assist patients, their families and carers to help navigate the health system, and ensure that your social, emotional and cultural needs are met. Â Monash Health Social Workers work alongside medical, nursing and other allied health staff as part of the multi-disciplinary treating team.
The Social Work service is free and confidential, and is available to all inpatients and outpatients of Monash Health.
