Specialist Educator Observership
For medical specialists seeking to advance skills in curriculum, teaching, assessment, learner support, program design and evaluation, education research, and health professions education.
Rapid: 2 weeks
Extended: 3-5 months
Education Fellow Observership
For medical trainees seeking to build skills in supervision, feedback and assessment, wellbeing support, performance improvement, education research, and health professions education.

Eligibility and suitability

- seeking structured observational exposure to advance your clinical education practice and leadership

- Executive Observership: AUD $2,000–$2,500
- Specialist Educator Observership:
- 2 weeks (Rapid): AUD $4,500-$5,500
- 1 month: AUD $7,000-$8,000
- 2-3 months: AUD $10,000-$13,000
- Education Fellow Observership:
- 2 weeks (Rapid): AUD $3,800
- 1 month: AUD $5,000-$6,000
- 2-3 months: AUD $7,000-$9,000
- Application fee: AUD $500 (non-refundable)
