Helping children reach every milestone
Working as a part of a small, dedicated team our child life therapists provide comfort to our patients during procedures like blood tests, scans and MRIs, and support our longer-term patients to develop and reach their milestones.
Our team work primarily from Monash Children’s Hospital across all of our wards in bed-based and outpatient settings.
Child life therapists at Monash Health have the opportunity to engage in professional development and training to grow their careers and further their expertise.
The tight-knit team work alongside medical, nursing and allied health teams in the paediatric space to provide the very best care to our patients.
