Dr Joanna Loh
Joanna Loh is a clinical and laboratory haematologist with an interest in anaemia and red cell disorders including sickle cell disease and thalassemia. She is a University of Melbourne graduate, and completed her haematology training at Monash Health, Alfred Health and Royal Melbourne Hospital/Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. She also undertook a red cell disorders fellowship in Toronto General Hospital, Canada and a Masters of Public Health with a focus on biostatistics.
She also is a research fellow with the Transfusion Research Unit, working on the National Transfusion Dataset. Her other areas of interest include obstetric haematology and genomics. Please see a list of her research work in the following ORCID link: https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9253-6635
