Alice is Monash Health’s Director of Library Services. She is also a member of the Technology and Clinical Practice Committee, the Clinician’s Health Channel working group and chair of Monash Health’s Library Reference Group – a representative body that creates a close link between clinical teams and the library. Alice welcomes you to contact her directly with feedback about library resources, new subscriptions or in relation to setting up an expert and systematic literature search.
Cassandra is the Manager – Access and Discovery at Monash Health Library. She is responsible for maintaining and optimising the library’s collections and online service points to support clinicians, researchers and health professional students in their investigations and education. Cassandra has a background in librarianship, archives, and records management in health, government, and higher education.
Gillian is a Clinical Librarian at Monash Health. With a background in quality and consumer work in tertiary hospitals, Gillian is a passionate supporter of clinical research and health literacy initiatives. She has led the implementation of the Monash Health Research Repository. Gillian is also available for personalised research consultations, customised group training sessions, and systematic literature searches.
Keren is a Clinical Librarian with a focus on delivering training and education programs in evidence-based practice, as well as information and digital literacy. Keren supports lifelong learning at Monash Health by collaborating with other departments to develop customised group training sessions. She is committed to delivering high-quality health information to support patient care, education, and research. She is available for systematic literature searches, research consultations, and advanced literature search training sessions.
Maddie has a hospital background and is keen to continue to help people in research and learning. She was the top student for archives, recordkeeping and librarianship at Monash University in 2022.
Hannah is a Library Cadet who is eager to learn all that she can during her library cadetship.  She is in the process of completing her Graduate Diploma of Library and Information Services. Hannah will be assisting the wider team in a variety of tasks including research, library patron assistance, and education programs.
Brigitte has worked at Monash Health for 25 years in Administration, working initially for the Medical Board and Medical Director before joining our Library Service. Brigitte has enjoyed a long relationship with library patrons and she provides email, phone and face-to-face assistance across all types of enquiries.
