Dr Sudha Raghunath
MBBS (hons), GradDipClinEdu, FRACP, PhD
Sudha Raghunath is a Consultant Rheumatologist at Monash Health. She completed her medical degree at Monash University and specialty training at Monash Health and Flinders Medical Centre. Sudha completed a PhD through Monash University. Her research focused on cognitive dysfunction (thinking and memory problems) in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.
Sudha is also a Director of Clinical Training at Monash Doctors Education working to train and support junior doctors. She completed a Graduate Diploma in Clinical Education at the University of Melbourne. Sudha also supervises and teaches college of physician trainees and is an examiner for the Australian Medical Council (AMC) clinical assessment for overseas trained doctors.
Sudha founded the Australian Rheumatology Association (ARA) Early Career Group. This group comprises all rheumatology trainees and early career rheumatologists across Australia and serves to support members, provide educational opportunities, and encourage collaboration.
