Social work will assist patients needing to make major lifestyle adjustment due to their medical condition, whether that is related to pregnancy, serious illness or due to risk.

  • Address referral to the Head of Unit: Glenda Bawden
  • The patient will be seen by a clinician within this specialty
  • The referral should indicate that it is valid for an indefinite period
