The Anatomy collection is a historical collection of 3D anatomy models that were donated to the library. These items are on permanent display in the libraries at the Clayton and Casey campuses. Although the models are not for loan, Monash Health employees and students can request to use the models for teaching and education purposes. At the Clayton campus, the collection on display consists of a real full adult human skeleton, a real full child human skeleton and smaller models which cover the anatomy of the cranial cavity and brain, head and neck, orbital cavity, ear canal, tooth, heart, breast, thorax and thoracic viscera, vertebral column, male reproductive system and lower limb. An adult skeleton model is on display at the Casey campus. The Library welcomes donations of anatomical models from Monash Health employees.
The Pioneers and Biography collection consists of both print and electronic books. Within the collection are biographies and personal narratives of inventors, scientists, patients, and clinicians who changed the landscape of medicine. The Pioneers and Biography collection consists of print books and ebooks that can be found at all Monash Health campuses or accessed from home. The Monash Health Library collects books in this collection through regular book acquisitions, licensing agreements with publishers and employee recommendations. This collection celebrates and showcases the achievements of pioneers in the field of health and medicine.

The “Mind and Matter” collection is a growing print book collection which consists of a range of subjects including leadership, practical workplace skills, personal development as well as health stories, investigations and memoirs. The Mind & Matter collection is for loan and can be found in the libraries at the Clayton, Dandenong and Casey campuses. The Library collects Mind & Matter books through regular book acquisitions, employee recommendations and donations. Through this collection, the Library aims to promote a holistic approach to lifelong learning and employee well-being.
