Dr Steuart Rorke
Dr Steuart Rorke obtained his primary medical degree at Stellenbosch University, South Africa in 1996. After completing a four year research fellowship in Asthma Genetics at Southampton University in the United Kingdom he emigrated to Australia in 2002. He initially worked as a medical registrar mainly in the fields of oncology and haematology. In 2005 he started training in Anatomical Pathology and obtained his fellowship from the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia ion 2010 after rotating through training positions at Dorevitch Pathology and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. He was Director of Pathology working for Dorevitch Pathology at Frankston Hospital, Peninsula Health for 10 years. In May 2021 he moved to Monash Health where his special interests are Urological, gynaecological oncology, dermatopathology, Head and Neck Pathology as well as cytology. He is currently an examiner in anatomical pathology for the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia.
