Testimonials

“I self-referred my son and I to the early parenting centre after feeling that I needed extra support to assist getting his sleep back on track.

My son has never been able to settle himself to sleep, but after a few days in the early parenting program, he was self-settling for naps and day sleeps. We now feel equipped with the tools to go home and keep improving my son’s sleep.

We really loved socialising with other parents going through similar challenges, and we appreciated how kind and caring the staff were to my son and I.” – Isabella

“The residential program has truly been life-changing for our family. Our nine-month old was waking multiple times during the night, and the only way to get her to sleep was to feed her.

By day three of the program, she had learnt to self-settle, and the night wakes decreased. After months of terrible sleep, having this improve so quickly was incredible. All of the staff were so warm, kind, caring and helpful and it felt like a home away from home. They ensured we were always comfortable with the strategies they suggested and offered so much support.

Whilst our main goal of the program was to improve sleep, we also learnt so many amazing tools to help raise and understand our child better. We are forever grateful – thank you so much to everyone.” – Tayla
