After attending a day stay or residential program, families may be eligible for the Homebased Support Program, a free service offered in the home. The service includes up to two visits of two hours for families living within a 60-kilometre radius of the centre in Clyde North.
One of our experienced team members will come to you, to offer support and help reinforce the strategies and techniques that you learnt during your stay in the centre.
They will arrive at your home at an agreed time, to observe your child in their own environment. They can answer any questions you may have about the strategies you’re putting into practice at home, ensuring that you and your family can continue to support your child’s needs.
