Rheumatology

Monash Rheumatology runs multiple specialised clinics for specific conditions as well as four general rheumatology clinics at three sites: Monash Medical Centre Clayton, Dandenong Hospital, and Casey Hospital.

Referrals are triaged to the appropriate service based on the information provided; initial assessment at a General rheumatology clinic for subsequent referral to a specialty clinic is common.

  • Address referral to the Head of Unit: Professor Eric Morand
  • The patient will be seen by a clinician within this specialty
  • The referral should indicate that it is valid for an indefinite period.

Secure eReferral by HealthLink is now our preferred method of referral.

Find up-to-date information about how to send a referral to Monash Health Specialist Consulting Clinics on the eReferrals page on our website.
