- Please address the referral to Head of Unit: Professor Jake Shortt
- The referral should indicate that it is valid for an indefinite period where appropriate.
- The patient will be seen by a clinician with the Haematology Specialty.
- You may be contacted to provide further information before an appointment is scheduled.
