Hepatology – Adult Outpatient Service

We have six clinics per week dedicated specifically to the management of liver conditions, spread across multiple sites in the network including community-based clinics in Springvale and Cranbourne. We also provide Australia’s only dedicated multidisciplinary clinic targeted at cirrhotic patients with complex medical and psychosocial needs.

Our specialists and team of dedicated liver nurses are also able to closely engage with General Practitioners to facilitate the co-management (shared care) of patients with low acuity liver issues. Our clinics also work closely with our clinical trial unit to provide access to new therapies and models of care to optimise patient outcomes.
