Office closure over festive period
Research Support Services will be closed from Monday 22 December 2025 – Friday 02 January 2026. In preparation for the closure, new applications for Site Specific Authorisations, new Quality Assurance applications, responses to HREC review and post approval amendments are requested to be submitted by 11 December 2025 for a response by 19 December 2025.Â
New Human Research Ethics Applications pre-booked for the January meeting must be submitted by 11:00am on 18 December 2025. Applications not pre-booked will not be accepted.
Office Hours and Availability
Our team is available for meetings until 4:00pm and phone calls until 4:30pm. For urgent issues involving patient safety, please contact the team by phone in the first instance.
Upon prior arrangement, we may be able to assist outside of these times.
All correspondence must be sent to research@monashhealth.org, to allow the most appropriate team member/s to provide advice.

For any complex or project oriented queries we offer private book-in sessions on the last Wednesday of each month.
