Kerrianne is an intensivist at Monash Health and joined the Monash Simulation team in 2023.
Her work with the CICM Online Education Committee has made her passionate about education outside the traditional lecture theatre. As the simulation intensivist for the Monash network, she is enthusiastic about the impact of simulation education on training, crisis resource management and interdepartmental collaboration.
She is a strong advocate for diversity and sustainability in medicine, being the immediate past blog editor for Women in Intensive Care and was a 2022 recipient of an Intensive Care Foundation Grant for Sustainability in ICU. She is also an ALS2 instructor and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Simulation.
When not at work, Kerrianne is growing Australian bush tucker on her balcony and cultivating carnivorous plants.
