Hollywood comes to Monash Children’s Hospital

The excitement was high as patients at Monash Children’s Hospital and Very Special Kids experienced a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to star in a Hollywood movie.

It was a pleasure to welcome Zac Efron, John Cena, Director Peter Farrelly, and the wonderful crew to our hospital to shoot a scene for the upcoming film, Ricky Stanicky, featuring some of our patients and employees.

It was a day to remember for participating patients and employees, with some meeting their heroes and others fulfilling their dreams of being featured on the big screen.

After a scene was filmed, patients on our wards at Monash Children’s Hospital enjoyed a visit from the film’s Director Peter Farrelly and Producer Paul Currie.
