Cranbourne Lymphoedema Service

This service provides assessment, treatment and management of people with lymphoedema by a lymphoedema practitioner.

Eligibility

• Primary lymphoedema
• Secondary lymphoedema
• Cancer related lymphoedema

Referral

• Referral from GP or specialist providing clear diagnosis that differentiates from other forms of oedema
• Specialist clinics and GP referrals need to be completed via Healthlink
• Other referrals (eg. Internal referrals or referrals from other hospitals) will be accepted by email: lymphoedema@monashhealth.org

Casey Lymphoedema Service

This service provides assessment, treatment and management of people with lymphoedema by a lymphoedema practitioner.

Eligibility

• Cancer related lymphoedema – breast and upper limb lymphoedema and head and neck lymphoedema
• Leg lymphoedema is not able to be seen at this site but can be seen at Moorabbin or Cranbourne clinics

Referrals

The following health professionals are eligible to refer patients to the service:

• General Practitioners
• Oncology specialists/surgeons
• Physiotherapist
• Occupational Therapists
• Nurses

Please ensure referral provides clear diagnosis that differentiates from other forms of oedema.

Specialist clinics and GP referrals need to be completed via Healthlink.

Other referrals (eg. Internal referrals or referrals from other hospitals) will be accepted by email: lymphoedema@monashhealth.org
