Our Strategy 2026-2031
Where we are now, and the kind of care we deliver, is only made possible with 175 years of experience. However, we know that the expectations of our community are constantly changing and evolving, and that we operate in an environment of ever-increasing demand for public health services.
Continuing with business as usual is not part of the bold vision we are setting for ourselves – a vision that reimagines how care is delivered. That’s why the Monash Health Strategy 2026–2031 addresses the challenges of today and sets a clear direction for the care we aspire to deliver for the future.
