Dr. Sagun Parakh BSc MbChB FRACP
Dr Sagun Parakh completed his Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Zambia, Zambia in 2004. He then went on attain his Fellowship of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Medical Oncology) in 2004, after completing my fellowship at the Austin Hospital.
Dr Parakh is currently completing his PhD at the Olivia Newton John Cancer Research Institute, Melbourne, developing and characterizing tumour-specific antibodies, with particular focus on those targeting the HER2 receptor. His main areas of responsibility involve management of patients with brain tumours and lung cancer as well as those on early phase clinical trials.
