Monash Infectious Diseases physicians provide a Specialist Travel Health service for travellers.
Referrals for all travellers of all ages are welcome, including families with children, pregnant women, and travellers with chronic medical conditions including immunosuppression.
Travellers will be provided with comprehensive travel advice, including prevention of malaria, hepatitis, typhoid fever, Japanese encephalitis and traveller’s diarrhoea.
A comprehensive range of travel vaccines and medications are available. Monash Travel Health is also an accredited Yellow Fever vaccination centre.
NOTE: BCG vaccination is not available at Monash Travel Health.
A BCG clinic is available for children with a GP referral at Monash Immunisation.

Patients need to obtain a referral from a medical practitioner.
Consultations are bulk-billed.
Patients should bring to the appointment an intended travel itinerary and history of previous vaccinations.
