Dr. Cameron McLaren BSc(Hons) MBBS FRACP
Cameron completed his medical degree through the University of New South Wales in Sydney and through the Wagga Wagga Rural Clinical School. He completed his internship and Basic Physician Training through Monash Health, and his Medical Oncology training through Peninsula Health, Monash Health, and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
He specialises in the management of genitourinary malignancies and managing older patients with cancer (Geriatric Oncology). He also treats gastrointestinal, breast, and lung cancers. He is undertaking a PhD assessing the effect of Voluntary Assisted Dying on the grief and bereavement experience of families and close contacts of patients who choose this end-of-life option.
