Exercise Physiology

Exercise physiologists help you maintain, or improve your independence, by managing your health using techniques such as exercise, education, lifestyle and behaviour changes.

What we do

Exercise physiologists work with you to develop an exercise program that is safe and helps you achieve your goals. These can include:

  • getting stronger
  • getting fitter
  • learning to use gym equipment
  • developing a programme to use at your local gym
  • learning skills so you can be involved in sports, fitness and recreational activities
  • developing reports required for use with the NDIS

Our team

The Monash Health NDIS team are highly experienced in disability and health care. Our skilled professionals work with you to achieve the goals you choose. We support your independence, and aim to help you “live your best life.”


We charge according to the current NDIS price guide.

  • Exercise Physiology – $166.99 per hour
  • Travel (where applicable) – maximum of 30min of travel each way from the Monash Health NDIS site nearest your home.

Location and contact details

  • We provide consultations at Springvale and Cranbourne Community Health centres.
  • Home visits are available for people living in the City of Greater Dandenong and the City of Casey.
