UPDATED 20 July: COVID-19 vaccination for residential aged care, disability care and healthcare workers

Woman entering COVID-19 Vaccination Centre

Residential aged care, disability care and healthcare workers have been prioritised by the Government to receive COVID-19 vaccination.

At our vaccination clinics, we administer AstraZeneca and Pfizer vaccines and use up-to-date Government guidelines to administer the most appropriate vaccine for you. The recent Government announcement states that all aged care, disability care and healthcare workers aged 16 years and above are now eligible for Pfizer (bookings essential).

However, if you have had your first dose of AstraZeneca we will administer AstraZeneca for your second dose. If you received your first dose without unexpected side-effects you may proceed to complete your course of vaccination. To protect yourself against COVID-19 it is important that you receive the second dose.

If you are in the priority group you can book into one of our vaccination centres at Sandown Racecourse and Cranbourne Turf Club. Please note bookings are essential for Pfizer vaccination, and can only be completed by calling 1800 675 398 (select option 1, 1, 1) and notifying the booking line you are part of the prioritised group.

If you are receiving an AstraZeneca vaccination we recommend booking in advance to avoid delays. You may walk in without an appointment between 9.00am and 4.00pm daily. Please make yourself known to one of our concierges upon arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please bring evidence of your employment and photographic ID, along with your Medicare card. If you have a letter of invitation from the Victorian Department of Health, please also bring it with you.
