The Victorian Quality Account was introduced in 2016 as part of the evolving quality and safety landscape across the health sector. It replaces the Quality of Care Report and emphasises the importance of transparency and accountability in public reporting.
We are committed to improving the experience of our patients and want them to feel both confident and safe when interacting with Monash Health – every time, everywhere.
Through the Quality Account Monash Health aims to communicate our performance against quality indicators and standards in a way that can be easily understood, and to demonstrate our actions and achievements that contribute to continuous improvement. The Quality Account uses facts, figures and stories to provide an overview of our performance for the year 2016/2017.
