Nominations are open for our 2024 Monash Health Health Promotion Awards.
Do you know someone who has positively impacted the health and wellbeing of your community? It’s time to recognise their hard work and dedication.
We invite you to nominate a Health Promotion Champion in one of the following categories:
- Sports Clubs
- Early Years
- Alternate Leisure
- Schools
- OSHC
- Community Group / Volunteer (community champions, not-for-profit, recreation facilities).
Plus, nominees working in these priority areas will be finalists for special awards:
- Healthy Eating
- Active Living
- Tobacco and E-cigarette Control
- Inclusion.
