MHTP Research Week 2017
MHTP Research Week 2017 showcases the ground-breaking research taking place across the Monash Health Translation Precinct, in collaboration with our MHTP partners, Monash University and Hudson Institute of Medical Research.
A rich selection of events, presentations and seminars were held during Research Week, including the best of MHTP research, early career researchers ‘best of’ presentations, PhD Student Showcase Symposium, Nursing and Midwifery Seminar at Dandenong Hospital and a Nursing and Allied Health Symposium at Kingston Centre.
In addition to the program of events, more than 200 posters were on display throughout the precinct showcasing the incredible breadth of research projects across Monash Health and MHTP.
We were also delighted to welcome two notable keynote speakers this year Laureate Professor Peter Doherty AC and Dr Andrea Douglas, Vice-President, Research & Development, Strategy and External Affairs, CSL.
Chief Executive Andrew Stripp said: “We could not be prouder of our clinicians and researchers and their work of discovery and innovation. Research Week is a great opportunity for our scientific community to collaborate, network and share knowledge.”
