Dental Health Week 2018
Dental Health Week is 6 – 12 August.
50% of Australians brush their teeth only once a day, and nearly 40% never floss or clean in between their teeth.
In addition to this, 65% of Australians haven’t visited a dentist in the last two years.
You can maintain good oral health by following four simple steps:
- Brush twice daily, with fluoride toothpaste
- Use floss at least once a day
- Eat a healthy diet and have less sugary drinks and food
- Have regular check-ups with your dentist
